On April 22 at 9 AM, Vance will visit the historic Amber Fort. He will meet Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma there. Later at 3 PM, he will attend a business event at the Rajasthan International Centre. He will speak with local business leaders about trade and technology.
Visit to Agra and Cultural Spots in Jaipur
On April 23, Vance will travel to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. He will return to Jaipur in the afternoon and explore the City Palace. The Vice President and his family will leave for the US on April 24.
Massive Security Setup in Jaipur
The Jaipur Police, along with national and US security teams, have planned detailed arrangements. Over 20 DCPs and 40 ACPs, along with other officers, will be stationed at key points. Units from the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary (RAC), Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), and Quick Reaction Teams (QRTs) will remain on duty.
Mock drills have been held along routes from the airport to hotels and tourist sites. The state intelligence department will monitor all locations around the clock.
